About Me

I believe in giving others the space and time they need to feel heard and explore how they are feeling.

The non judgmental, empathetic beauty of the therapeutic relationship can change lives and it is an honour to be a part of that change.

I am a qualified, experienced counsellor with a Diploma in therapeutic counselling. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

I have experience of working in many areas and like to take an integrative approach to my work, meaning I can adapt to you individually.

I have experience of working with 16-19 year olds and enjoy working creatively with clients, if you should want to.

Working from the privacy of my garden cabin I can offer a relaxed and calm approach to our sessions.

As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I am bound to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice and as part of this I am committed to continued professional development.
